NEW YORK, January 6 (FinanceEnquiry.com) - Analysts at Deutsche Bank Securities initiate coverage on the shares of Texas Capital Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBI). The 12-month target price is set to $33.


In a research note published yesterday, the analysts launch FY11, FY12, and FY13 core EPS estimates at $1.87, $2.30 and $2.55, respectively. The analysts expect an increase in market share and a comparatively stronger Texas economy to pump strong operating leverage and above average revenue/EPS growth in FY12/FY13.

Investors are already pricing in most of the estimated profits of continued execution, leading to extra share upside potential and a lower chance for outperformance in FY12, the analysts believe.
