Deutsche Bank Securities Reiterates BUY Rating on MetroPCS Comm (NYSE: PCS)

New York, April 26 (FinanceEnquiry.com) – Analysts at Deutsche Bank Securities reiterate their BUY rating on the shares of MetroPCS Comm (NYSE : PCS). The 12-month target price is set to $13.

In a research note published yesterday, the analysts state that PCS reported Q1 results. It is believed that one of the factor responsible for the net sub growth is  commentary on gross add and churn trends in weakest period of year that is 2Q. In 2H, an update on re-launching its LTE offering and a joining strategy on  reduced wholesale pricing for LTE handsets and potential catalysts for hiked ARPU also accounted for company’s Q1 results. The other factors can be like to  gain control over the new system discussion of PCS’ best/preferred options can be opted. Signs of better trends in 2H is not expected because of MetroPCS Comm’s low valuation and strategic value, we keep BUY rating, the analysts add.
