JK Rowling Plans to Spend $387,000 On Luxury Treehouses

New York, July 25 (FinanceEnquiry.com) – For her children, JK Rowling is planning to spend $387,000 on a set of luxury treehouses.

The Harry Potter author has already submitted an application for planning permission to Edinburgh City Council and the construction. The council has confirmed the report of receiving an application and says that the it willl be considered in a usual way.

The construction is expected to look like a part of Harry Potter film set. Author’s son and daughter will get their own two-storey wooden buildings with bay windows in the back garden of the family’s Edinburgh, Scotland home.

The main features of the construction will be interlinking tunnels, a rope bridge, fireman’s pole, trap door, spiral staircase and a stainless steel slide.
