NEW YORK, February 3 (FinanceEnquiry.com) - OCS Group Limited has completed the acquisition of Fountains America Inc. As a part of the transaction, the buyer will also get a hold of the subsidiaries of Fountain America, comprising Fountains Forestry Inc., Fountains Land Inc. and Fountains Spatial Inc. The deal adds market leading forest management, land brokerage and geo-spatial technology capabilities to OCS Group’s portfolio, said the company's managing director Martin Gammon.
