New York, February 4 (FinanceEnquiry.com) - Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE:  RBC) has completed the acquisition of Wisconsin-based manufacturer of highly engineered gearing components Milwaukee Gear Company. The buyer has paid a total of $80 million in cash for the acquisition. 

The purchase price was subject to customary working capital adjustments. The transaction my add $0.03 to $0.06 to diluted earnings per share of Milwaukee in 2012, which is inclusive of the impact of purchase accounting adjustments and transaction costs. It is also expected to add $0.12 to $0.16 to diluted earnings per share in 2013. Additionally, Milwaukee Gear may also add nearly $60.0 million in revenue for the remainder of the fiscal 2012.
